Refund/Return Policy

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL MAKEUP SALES ARE FINAL!

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE HONORED ON MAKEUP PRODUCTS.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items are not eligible for returns. Please be certain when ordering makeup and skincare products.

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns received after 5 p.m. (CST) will not begin processing until start of the following business day. Customer service hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST) Monday thru Friday. Customer service is not available on weekends or nationally recognized holidays.

Please allow 3 business days for processing your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items cannot be sent back to us without first requesting a return.

If your return is rejected, we'll notify via email as to why your return was denied.

You can always contact us for any return question at sugarfacebeautybar@gmail.com. Correspondence is answered within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellations

You are eligible for order cancellation at anytime prior to your order being shipped. There will be a 30% convenience fee deducted from the refunded amount on ALL order cancellations. Order cancellation is not available once the order has been shipped. After an item is shipped, you will need to wait to receive your item(s) to start the returns process.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide video proof of the item(s) that is/are damaged, defective or incorrect within 24 hours of reception of order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

***Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards***

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any products or merchandise.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your refund is denied, you will be advised via email as to why the denial was made.
